General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on Cartoonova.com for the purchase of personalized Simpson portraits.

2. Products

Our products are custom Simpsons-style portraits created from photos provided by the customer. Each order includes a 48-hour preview and unlimited editing before printing.

3. Price and payment

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card or PayPal. No product will be shipped until full payment has been received.

4. Order and validation

The process includes:

1. Selection of format and number of characters.
2. Sending the photo.
3. Confirmation of order and payment.
4. Receive the preview within 48 hours and validate or request for retouching.

5. Delivery

Average time after final validation:

• Metropolitan France: 2–4 working days
• Europe: 5–8 working days
• International: 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated automatically before payment.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications (personalized products).

7. Intellectual Property

All drawings produced remain the property of Cartoonova.com . The buyer acquires a right of private use only.

8. Warranty and liability

We guarantee that the portrait will be exactly as ordered. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Personal data

The data collected is used for order management and customer service. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data by contacting us at contact@cartoonova.com.

10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
